EULA & 18+ eligibility

Swathe is operated by Krypter LLC (“Krypter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service are also Swathe's End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and form a binding agreement between you and Krypter LLC. Before creating an account or using any posting feature, you must review and affirmatively agree to this EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Swathe. By accepting this EULA, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into this agreement. We may suspend and delete an account if we reasonably believe its user is under 18.

Your account

You are responsible for the phone number and account you use, for keeping your verification codes private, and for activity under your account. Give us accurate information and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account.

Waitlist & referrals

Rank, points, referral tiers, invite codes, and style tasks are promotional features. They do not have cash value and do not guarantee a specific launch date, permanent rank, or access to every future feature.

To keep the waitlist fair, we may verify activity and correct, remove, or adjust points, referrals, rewards, or accounts connected to fraud, automation, errors, or abuse.

Your content

You keep ownership of outfit photos, titles, tags, and other content you submit. By posting content, you give Swathe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt for technical formatting, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, promote, and secure the Service.

This license lasts while your content is on the Service and for a reasonable period in backups. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to post your content, including permission from anyone identifiable in it.

Swathe ratings are for evaluating outfit styling and presentation only. They must never be used to evaluate or demean a person's face, body, attractiveness, identity, dignity, or worth. Do not post another person or invite feedback about another person without that person's clear permission.

Safety tools & reports

Swathe has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content may be filtered before or after publication. Members can use the controls on a post or profile to report objectionable content or abusive behavior, block an abusive user, and delete their own posts.

• Report. Use the Report control on a post or profile. You may also report inappropriate activity at support@swathe.app.
• Block. Blocking an account immediately removes that account's posts from your feed and prevents further interaction from that account.
• Remove. You can immediately remove your own post from the feed by deleting it from the post menu.
• Response within 24 hours. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours. When a violation is confirmed, we remove the content and eject the user who provided it. Serious or repeated abuse may result in permanent account termination.

Community conduct

Be original, be respectful, and do not break the game. Objectionable content and abusive behavior are prohibited. You may not:

• impersonate someone, create deceptive accounts, automate signups, or manipulate referrals, ratings, or rankings;
• post nudity, pornography, sexual or exploitative content, content involving minors, graphic violence, threats, hateful or discriminatory content, illegal content, or content that invades another person's privacy;
• harass, bully, shame, intimidate, stalk, abuse, or objectify anyone, including by rating or soliciting judgments about a real person's body, face, attractiveness, identity, dignity, or worth;
• post a photo of another person without permission or use anonymity, a pseudonym, a rating, or a challenge to target, ridicule, humiliate, or demean someone;
• upload content you do not have the right to share or use Swathe to infringe another person's intellectual-property rights;
• scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, or bypass the security of the Service; or
• use Swathe unlawfully or encourage anyone else to do so.

Invite only people you are permitted to contact. We may filter or reject content, remove content, restrict activity, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put people or the Service at risk.

Third-party services

Swathe may link to or work with independent services that help us operate the app. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and policies.

Suspension & deletion

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or reset activity when we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or an account threatens other members or the Service. Confirmed objectionable content is removed and the user who provided it is ejected; severe or repeated violations may result in permanent termination. When appropriate, we will try to provide notice.

You may permanently delete your account from the account menu in the app. Sections that by their nature should survive—such as ownership, disclaimers, and limits on liability—continue after your account ends.

Service & liability

Swathe will evolve as we build and launch new features. We may add, change, pause, or discontinue features. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without promises that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every expectation, to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swathe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms as Swathe changes. If an update is material, we will provide reasonable notice and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after the new terms take effect means you accept them.
