For account access, referral questions, privacy requests, safety concerns, or deletion help, email our support team. Include your phone number's last four digits only—never send a verification code.
Report inappropriate activity
Swathe has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. In the app, open the controls on a post or profile and choose Report. Choose Block to immediately remove that account's posts from your feed and prevent further interaction. You can remove your own post immediately from its post menu.
We review safety reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours. When a violation is confirmed, we remove the content and eject the user who provided it. Serious or repeated abuse may lead to permanent account termination.
Account deletion
Open the account menu from your waitlist dashboard, or open Settings after receiving full-app access, and choose “Delete account.” We begin processing the request immediately, remove active copies of your account, associated waitlist data, and uploaded content no later than 30 days after the request, and expire encrypted backups within 90 days. If you cannot access the app, email support from the address above.
